Delivery and Returns Policy
At Salt & Grey, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our
customers across India. Below, you'll find detailed information on our delivery times, rates,
and return policies.
Delivery Options
We offer convenient home delivery across India, with delivery costs determined by the size
and weight of your items. Our Standard Home Delivery service ensures your furniture/items
are carefully delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery Details
- Delivery is available up to the third floor (without a lift). Our team will not be able to deliver
items above the third floor if there's no lift access.
- Please ensure items can fit through doors, corridors, and staircases to facilitate smooth
delivery.
- Dispatch Timeline: It takes 5-7 working days for us to dispatch your order.
Important Notes
- Please provide all relevant information about your home's accessibility during the ordering
process to avoid complications.
- If access is not possible at the time of delivery, we may offer:1. Rescheduling: A new delivery date can be arranged, with extra costs for both return
and redelivery.
2. Order Cancellation: If delivery cannot proceed, we can cancel your order and refund
the amount, minus the initial delivery and return costs.
Return Policy for Damaged Products
Returns are applicable only for broken products. To initiate a return, please send a
video/photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery to info@saltandgrey.com
- Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging,
including all accessories and instructions.
- Value Reduction: Any reduction in value due to usage that goes beyond what is necessary
to determine the nature and function of the product may be charged.
Refunds
If you exercise your right to return, we will ensure that all payments you have made,
including standard delivery costs, are refunded within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal
request.
- Refund Timing: For sales agreements, we may wait to refund until we have received the
goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
- Additional Delivery Costs: Any additional costs arising from your choice of a different, more
expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be refunded.
Payment
Payment is only available online, and we do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
