Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the products carefully before accepting them. If you notice any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies in the
products delivered, you must note this on the delivery receipt and immediately
inform our customer service team. Failure to report visible damage or defects
at the time of delivery may affect your ability to claim a refund or
replacement under our returns and refunds policy.
Salt and Grey is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God,
natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, labour disputes,
transportation disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or any other force

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

established a fair and transparent returns and refunds policy in accordance
with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable consumer protection

Right to Withdraw and Return: You have the right to withdraw from your

products are in their original condition, unused, and in their original
packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. To exercise your right

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in

photographs or a video showing the damage or defect. This visual evidence is

request. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will arrange for the
return of the damaged product at no cost to you and will provide you with a
