All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and pricing without notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
4. Ordering and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch.
All payments must be made online. Cash on Delivery is not supported. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Salt and Grey does not store complete card details.
If payment fails or discrepancies occur, please contact customer support promptly.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver across India. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are final. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to availability and payment confirmation.
You must provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability at the delivery address. Products should be inspected upon delivery, and visible damage must be reported immediately. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Products may be returned within a reasonable period if unused and in original condition. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection and are issued via the original payment method. Customised or hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable unless defective.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Salt and Grey website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Salt and Grey or its licensors and protected under applicable laws.
